Our clients can be assured that in an emergency situation, we are always on hand 24/7 to provide care and support to your animals.
If you are in need of emergency veterinary care, it's crucial to act quickly to ensure the well-being of your pet. Here are steps to take when seeking emergency veterinary assistance:
In the event of an emergency please call 01989 562251 where you call will be directed to one of our vet team.
We provide our own out of hours care to all our patients. You will not be redirected to an alternative provider.
Follow any instructions the vet has given you, if the vet advising you to come to the practice immediately, please make arrangements to transport you pet safely.
Ensure you have all the details, that the vet may need to treat your animal, any medications, conditions or allergies you may be aware of or anything they may have eaten.
When you arrive at the clinic, if the door is locked, please ring the bell and someone will let you in.
Be prepared for the potential costs associated with emergency veterinary care.
Remember, acting promptly in an emergency can greatly improve the outcome for your pet. If you are unsure about the severity of the situation, it is always better to err on the side of caution and seek advice.
